Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data for the Business Model Fiddel website may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited, and search terms. We do not log this type of information in the Business Model Fiddle application.
Business Model Fiddle does not track any link interaction.
We use "cookie" technology for the Business Model Fiddle web application to store a token to maintain your sign in status with our Services, but we do not require cookies for any parts of our Services used without signing in. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You can instruct your browser, by editing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.

Only the Business Model Fiddle website uses Google Analytics to help us understand the use of our Services. The Business Model Fiddle application does not use any tracking or 3rd party information collection services.

We may share or disclose your information with your consent, such as when listing your profile information with your Fiddles you choose to share in the Business Model Fiddle gallery.
All Member Fiddle data and any and all data furnished by you in whatever form (collectively, the "Member IP") are and shall remain your exclusive and confidential property. You retain all right and title (including, without limitation, all proprietary rights) in and to the Member IP.
Orbital shall have no right to analyze, view, copy, transfer, sell, disclose, license, alter, or otherwise use the Member IP.
We engage certain trusted third parties to provide infrastructure services to us. We do not share any of your information with these third parties.
We may disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Business Model Fiddle's rights or property.
We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your member profile or the number of members who rated a particular Fiddle.
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
Our Services are not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
